Our luxurius residence is ideally located on Robinson Island in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, beside the River Siagne and Cannes Marina—just minutes from golden sandy beaches along a pleasant riverside path. Parc Robinson sits next door, offering picnic areas, outdoor fitness classes, and an open-air gym. The Cannes Old Course Golf Club borders both sides of the marina, adding to the tranquil, traffic-free setting. Set within 7.5 acres of secure landscaped grounds, there is also a swimming pool (15m x 6m), children’s pool 2.5m), play area, pétanque court, and table tennis.

Transport is easy, with bus stops a 3-minute walk away and La Napoule train station a 5-minute drive, providing connections from Marseille to Ventimiglia via Monaco. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 25 km away.
Nearby, enjoy the markets of Cannes and Valbonne, the charming streets of Mandelieu-La Napoule, and attractions like the Croisette and Château de La Napoule. Beautiful beaches and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance.

Places you must see

Château de La Napoule
This stunning medieval castle is just a short walk from our apartment. Built in the 14th century, it offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Cannes and is surrounded by lush gardens, water features and sculptures. Taking a tour of the Château and learning about its truly fascinating history is highly recommended. Afterwards, consider a light lunch or afternoon tea on the terrace of the Château, overlooking the sea or alternatively, in one of the many restaurants in the village of La Napoule, literally across the road.

Îles de Lérins
Located just off the coast of Mandelieu-La Napoule, these beautiful islands offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. Take a boat trip from the La Napoule Marina (or Cannes Quai Lebouef) and explore the stunning natural scenery of Île Sainte-Marguerite with its lake and nature reserve which attracts several migratory birds or simply relax on its secluded wild beaches. Don't miss the chance to visit the 11th-century Cistercian monastery on Île Saint-Honorat too, famous for its wines.

There are numerous villages surrounding Mandelieu-La Napoule all of which are well worthy of a visit. From Grasse, famous as the perfume capital of the world, its association dates back to the sixteenth century and it is the headquarters of three famous labels, Fragonard, Galimard and Molinard, to the medieval villages of Saint-Paul-du-Vence and Eze perched high on top of hills overlooking the Mediterranean, renown for their cobblestone streets, breathtaking panoramic views, exotic gardens and artisan shops and cafes.

The immediately adjacent l'esterel mountain range is very popular for mountain biking, hiking and horse riding amongst its red rocks all the way down to the sea. However, Lac du Cassien and the Gorges de Verdon are also unmissable regions, located just a short drive from our apartment and offering a wide range of outdoor activities, such as rock climbing, white water rafting, canyoning and paddleboarding. Take the opportunity to explore the stunning natural scenery and discover the rich flora and fauna of the region.

The Medieval village of Valbonne, located just 20 minutes by car, is famous for its bustling weekly markets in the Place des Arcades, built in 1628 by the Cistercian monks. It offers offers a wide range of fresh local produce, including fruits, vegetables, olive oils, spices, clothes, jewellery and household goods (as well as boutique shops). Take a stroll through a typical Provençale market and discover the flavors of the South of France. Following up with lunch in the busy Central Square is highly recommended - pre booking is always advisable!
