Your Questions About Our Apartment. We’ve put together this FAQ page to answer the questions we receive most often — from check-in times to what’s included in the apartment. Our goal is to make everything as clear and easy as possible so you can relax and enjoy your time on the Mandelieu-La Napoule. And of course, if something isn’t covered here, feel free to contact us anytime!
ARRIVAL
Q: What time is check-in?
A: From 15:00. (earlier times maybe accomodated where possible)
Q: What time is check-out?
A: By 10:00. (latest times may be accomodated where possible)
Q: How do I access the property?
A: Detailed arrival instructions, with relevant access codes will be sent sortly before your stay.
PARKING
Q: Is parking included?
A: Yes – a free private underground parking space is included.
Q: Is the space suitable for large cars?
A: Yes, it accommodates SUVs, with a maximum headroom of 1.9m.
WIFI & WORK
Q: Is the Wi-Fi fast?
A: Yes – suitable for streaming and remote work, with speeds up to 1 Gbps.These is also a wi-fi node to extend the signal throughout the apartment.
Q: Is there a workspace?
A: The dining table, breakfast bar or outdoor terrace both work well. Also a small desk can be provided on request.
SLEEPING
Q: What are the size of the beds?
A: Bedroom 1: King-size 180 x 200 cm, Bedroom 2: Two single beds 90 x 200 cm.
Q: Are linens provided?
A: Yes – all linens and towels are included free of charge.
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
Q: Is the kitchen fully equipped?
A: Yes – induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso pod machine, filter coffee maker, SMEG kettle, toaster, juicer, Nutribullet and full cookware, dish and cuttlery.
Q: Is there a washing machine?
A: Yes – plus a clothes dryer and onsite an optional Tumble Dryer.
FAMILIES
Q: Is the apartment suitable for children?
A: Yes – with pools, playground, gated grounds and ping pong table.
POOLS
Q: When is the pool open?
A: First week of April to the second week of November (normally).
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No.
BEACHES
Q: How far are the beaches?
A: 5-8 minutes walk.
PETS
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes – 25 euros fee per stay
SMOKING
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Not indoors; outdoor smoking is permitted responsibly.
NOISE & SAFETY
Q: Is the residence quiet?
A: Yes – peaceful and residential. Quite times are 23:00 to 09:00.
Q: Is the residence secure?
A: Gated access, CCTV and underground parking.
CANCELATION
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Provided at the time of booking.
